Ethan Foxman, MBA President

Ethan Foxman joined Group Dental Service in 1999. Ethan has broad expertise in the dental benefits market. During his tenure at GDS, Ethan has led all core functional areas that drive business results, including Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Finance. Ethan was appointed President in 2006.

Dave Fontaine Chief Operating Officer

Dave Fontaine began with Group Dental Service in 2007 as Director of Implementation. In 2009, Dave assumed the position of Vice President of Business Solutions where he led GDS efforts in Implementations and Integrations, Client Operations and Quality Assurance. As COO, Dave provides more than 14 years of experience including various leadership capacities in Underwriting, Financial Analysis and Account Management, while serving at Dental Benefit Providers (now UnitedHealthcare Dental).

Brian Ward, MBA Director of Underwriting

Brian Ward joined Group Dental Service in 2006 as Director of Underwriting. Brian has more than 15 years of dental-specific underwriting experience. Prior to joining GDS, Brian helped establish the Underwriting department at Dental Benefit Providers (now UnitedHealthcare Dental), where he managed Jumbo and Private Label Account Underwriting.
